We have invested $250 million in 318 projects at 81 academic institutions, driving the five-year survival rate from 3% to 12%. And while pancreatic cancer research is advancing faster than ever before, fueling new breakthroughs, and giving patients the best chance for survival and quality of life, much more work needs to be done.
Seeing Beyond will highlight the cutting-edge work of the most visionary thinkers in pancreatic cancer research today. Symposium sessions will provoke us to think harder and illuminate a roadmap for advancing early detection, interception, and personalized treatments. Seeing Beyond will also highlight the pioneering work and accomplishments of our unique LABS (Lustgarten Advancing Breakthrough Science) Programs with a poster session led by the LABS program’s “Rising Stars.
